VivlioSyn Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery of books

Books are sent to the Subscriber on a lending basis and will need to be returned to Vivliosyn by the Subscriber.  

Books will be physically delivered to the Registered Address that has been provided by the Subscriber. VivlioSyn will try its best to accommodate temporary changes in delivery address but given the high lead times and the complex logistics involved, these changes cannot be guaranteed. 

The Subscriber will receive a WhatsApp message regarding book delivery. If the book is not received, the Subscriber must inform their mentor or the logistics team within 24 hours of receiving the message. Failure to do so will result in the book being considered delivered, and the Subscriber will be responsible for returning the book or covering its cost.

Returns

Subscribers are responsible for returning books in good condition. Damages will be assessed by VivlioSyn logistics team, and Subscribers will be liable for any damages.

VivlioSyn will arrange for pickup of books with prior intimation to the Subscriber. The pickup will happen from the Subscriber’s Registered Address and the cost of the pickup will be borne by VivlioSyn. Subscriber will be required to only pack the books, print and affix a label provided by VivlioSyn, and keep ready for pickup at the scheduled time for the appointed delivery agent.

Failure to return books following a pickup request may result in VivlioSyn withholding further deliveries, charging the cost of the books to the Subscriber, or adjusting the cost against the pending subscription fee.

VivlioSyn, at its discretion, will withhold dispatches of further books if subscribers do not respond to pick up requests, or delay the return of books in any other manner. The Sessions for such books will NOT be considered as breaks and will be counted towards the total sessions under the subscription irrespective of whether the child actually attended the session or not.
