Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund of your subscription fees if you meet the following conditions:

1. Child must have attended the first four sessions of the subscription.
2. Child should not have been marked absent in any of the first four sessions which have been scheduled for the child and the books have been provided.
3. Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the end of the fourth session.

4. Subscriptions for a period less than 3 months are not eligible for refund.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will be equal the subscription fee paid adjusted pro-rata for the sessions not attended minus the cost of courier of the books.

Refund Process

        To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@vivliosyn.com with the subject line "Refund Request." Alternatively, you can send a message to the Programme Coordinator using Whatsapp.
 
2.Provide Information: In your email / message, include:
                 Your full name.
                 Your Child’s name
                 Mobile Number
                 The reason for your refund request.
                 Bank account details to which refund amount is to be transferred (refunds will only be processed through banking channels)

Return of Books

Refund processing will commence after the return of any physical books included in your subscription. You can choose to keep the books, with their cost deducted from the refund.

Refund Timeframe

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
